How do I schedule a consulting call?

When you click the ‘get in touch today’ button, you’ll be redirected to a form. Fill it out. This information will help me prepare for our work session. After submitting the form, you’ll receive the Stripe payment and calendar links. First, make the payment, then schedule a consulting call via the calendar. The call won’t be accepted without the payment.

What happens after I book a consulting call?

After booking a call, you’ll receive a confirmation email, including a link to the virtual meeting room. Make sure to check your spam folder, just in case. If you didn’t receive any email, please get in touch with me at victoria@saasminds.com

Can I reschedule my consulting call?

You can’t automatically reschedule the consulting session. It’s your time and it’s crucial to take advantage of it. However, life happens. If you’ve encountered out-of-ordinary circumstances, send me an email at victoria.rudi@gmail.com to reschedule the call.

Are the consulting calls recorded?

Yes, all consulting calls are recorded. You’ll receive a link to the recorded video call within 24 hours after the session.

What if I need additional support?

After our consulting session, you can book a free 30-minute follow-up call to address any questions or doubts. We can schedule the follow-up call during our consulting session.
